The launch of The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection marked the first time a luxury hospitality brand made its foray into the cruising category. The superyachts have taken inspiration from the elegant aesthetics of private yacht design, with sleek exteriors and warm, sophisticated suites and communal areas. Evrima measures 624 feet (190 meters) and has 149 elegant suites, accommodating up to 298 guests. Greek for “discovery,” the yacht voyages to the Mediterranean and the Caribbean, depending on the season. Its intimate size permits access to some of the most coveted destinations, from St. Tropez to St. Barths.

Ilma, meaning “water” in Maltese, is the second superyacht from The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection, slated to set sail in September 2024. Measuring 790 feet (241 meters), Ilma will accommodate up to 448 guests and feature 224 light-filled suites, all with private terraces. It will reveal two new, spacious upper suite categories measuring more than 1,000 square feet in size. In addition, Ilma will include five restaurants, six bars, a wine vault, a dynamic open-air space for entertainment and sunbathing on the top deck, and signature spaces found on Evrima such as an expanded marina with a new mezzanine feature and a Ritz-Carlton Spa®. Ilma is designed to authentically link guests with the scenic seascapes they sail, and the seaside harbors they discover. Poised to indulge travelers’ wanderlust, Luminara, the third addition to portfolio, is anticipated to make its maiden voyage in July 2025. Derived from Latin origin, meaning “light,” this superyacht will span 794 feet (242 meters), offering an airy retreat for up to 452 guests in 226 spacious suites, each with its private ocean-view terrace.
