Hilton Named India’s No. 1 Great Place to Work Second Year in a Row

Hilton stands as the only hospitality company in India to earn top honors in 2023 and 2024, a testament to its exceptional workplace culture.

Hilton has once again been recognized as India’s No. 1 company to work for by Great Place to Work® for the second consecutive year. This recognition highlights Hilton’s exceptional workplace culture and underscores its unwavering commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive environment where its nearly 3,500 India-based team members can bring their authentic selves to work and realize their full potential. The award ceremony, attended by top industry executives from India’s leading organizations, took place in Mumbai on June 19, 2024.

Every year, Great Place to Work®, a renowned global research and consulting firm, identifies India’s top 100 ‘Best Companies to Work For’ through a rigorous workplace culture assessment process, evaluating vital aspects of the company’s culture such as credibility, pride, respect, camaraderie and fairness. This award follows a stringent process that surveyed more than five million employees from over 1,750 organizations in India. To be certified as a Great Place to Work, companies must meet the minimum quantitative threshold on the Great Place to Work Trust Index™ Employee Survey, which gathers feedback from employees on how credibility, respect, fairness, camaraderie and pride are expressed in the workplace. With the requirements met, companies are certified as a Great Place to Work in the countries for one year.
